Gift Voucher Bookings
Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. On booking, vouchers must be specified as the method of payment, by quoting the voucher reference number which must then be presented on arrival. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase for the amount specified, for new bookings only. Vouchers can be redeemed against purchases at the Metro Hotel but may not be exchanged for a cash amount.
Refunds and Cancellations
Vouchers are non-refundable and non exchangeable, either fully or in part for cash of any amount. Cancellations of bookings made using gift vouchers are subject to the same terms and conditions applied to the rate booked.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Voucher are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
